Comparison review
LG Q8 is a little bit better than the Honor 50, getting a score of 77.2 against 74.5. The LG Q8 is a older and just a bit thicker device than Honor 50, but LG was able to make it somewhat lighter anyway. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but LG Q8 has a newer 7.0 Nougat version while Honor 50 has Android 11 version.
The LG Q8 features a brighter display than Honor 50, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a better quantity of pixels per inch of display. Honor 50 counts with a little faster processor than LG Q8, because it has a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM.
Honor 50 takes much clearer photographs and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Honor 50 also counts with a back camera with a much higher 108 mega pixels resolution.
The LG Q8 has a superior storage for games and applications than Honor 50, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. Honor 50 has a superior battery duration than LG Q8, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
