Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a bit better than the Honor 50, getting an 80.8 score against 74.5. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S5 has newer 4.4.2 version and Honor 50 has Android 11. Samsung Galaxy S5's design is somewhat lighter than Honor 50, although it is a bit thicker and was released 7 years before.
Galaxy S5's CPU is very similar to the CPU in Honor 50, because although the Galaxy S5 has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy S5 counts with a much better display than Honor 50, because although it has a little lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a higher screen density.
Honor 50 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Honor 50 also has a bigger camera aperture to take better photos and videos in low light situations and a back camera with a lot better 108 mega pixels resolution.
The Honor 50 features a much better storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S5, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Honor 50 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 54% larger battery capacity.
