The HTC Radar has an overall score of 54, which is just a bit better than HTC ChaCha's global score of 49.2. HTC Radar works with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango operating system, while HTC ChaCha counts with Android 2.3.5 operating system. Even being the best we are comparing here, HTC Radar is a heavier and a little thicker cellphone than the HTC ChaCha.
