The Panasonic ELUGA has a general score of 53.8, which is slightly better than the HTC ChaCha's score of 49.2. These phones have the same Android 2.3.5 operating system, so both of them should give all the same OS features. Panasonic ELUGA is a newer device, and it is also noticeably thinner and somewhat lighter than HTC ChaCha.

Panasonic ELUGA has a better performance than HTC ChaCha, because it has 512 MB more RAM, more cpu cores and a much better graphics processor running at 608 MHz.
