Comparison review
The HTC First has an overall score of 62.5, which is a little bit better than HTC Desire 310's 57.2 general score. Despite of the fact that the HTC First is older than the HTC Desire 310, it's construction is somewhat lighter and extremely thinner. These phones use Android operating system, but HTC First has the previous 4.1 version and HTC Desire 310 has Android 4.2.
The HTC First features a sharper screen than HTC Desire 310, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better 1280 x 720 resolution and a way greater pixels density. The HTC First counts with a better storage capacity to store more games and applications than HTC Desire 310, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage.
The HTC Desire 310 features just a bit better processing power than HTC First, because although it has a slower graphics processor, and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the HTC Desire 310 also counts with a higher number of cores. The HTC First's battery lifetime is very similar to HTC Desire 310's battery life.
HTC First features a bit better camera than HTC Desire 310, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 video definition and a back camera with a 5 mega-pixels, the HTC First also has a lot larger camera aperture.
