Samsung Galaxy Nexus CDMA has a score of 66.3, which is a little bit better than HTC Desire's 60.6 score. Samsung Galaxy Nexus CDMA's construction is a little bit thinner than HTC Desire, although it is just a little bit heavier and was released many years before. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Nexus CDMA has the previous 4.2.2 version while HTC Desire has Android 4.4 version.

The HTC Desire features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Nexus CDMA, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the HTC Desire also has a much better graphics co-processor working at 450 MHz and a greater number of 1200 MHz cores. The Galaxy Nexus CDMA has a more vivid screen than HTC Desire, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy Nexus CDMA also has a lot higher 1280 x 720 resolution and a better pixels count per inch in the display.

HTC Desire features just a little better battery duration than Galaxy Nexus CDMA, because it has 2040mAh of battery capacity.
