The Galaxy S III has an overall score of 70.8, which is a lot better than HTC Desire V's 49 general score. Although Galaxy S III and the HTC Desire V were released only a couple months apart, Galaxy S III's design is somewhat heavier but also a little thinner than the HTC Desire V. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but Galaxy S III has 4.1.2 version while HTC Desire V has Android 4.0 version, counting with lots of additional features.

The Galaxy S III has a superior processing unit than HTC Desire V, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory, a greater number of faster cores and a better graphics processing unit. Galaxy S III features just a bit better display than HTC Desire V, because it has a bigger display, a lot better resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a greater screen pixel density.
