Both of these phones have the same Android 4.1.2 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. HTC Myst features a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Epic 4G Touch, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher 1280 x 720px resolution.
