Sony Ericsson Xperia ray has an overall score of 53.7, which is a bit better than the HTC Nexus One's overall score of 49.1. Both phones we compare here use Android OS, but Sony Ericsson Xperia ray has the newer 4.0 version while HTC Nexus One has Android 2.3.4, giving you some additional features. The Sony Ericsson Xperia ray construction is incredibly lighter and thinner than HTC Nexus One.
