Sony Ericsson Xperia ray is a decent Android cellphone released some years ago, in 2011, with a processing unit clocking at 1 gigahertz, a 3.3 inches display, and two cameras, an 8.1 megapixels back side camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front facing camera.
