HTC Nexus One is a mid-to-low level Android phone, packed with a 5 megapixels back side camera, a powerful processor clocking at 1 gigahertz and a medium 3.7" capacitive display.
The HTC Nexus One is quite slim and looks really nice, though it's not close to being one of the thinnest cellphones out there, with a thickness of 0.45". This time, it seems like HTC didn't care so much about the weight in this 4.59 oz cellphone.
The HTC Nexus One is equipped with a very good 800 x 480 3.7" screen, which makes everything look colorful and brightful. This screen uses AMOLED capacitive technology, but it can't detect multi touch gestures.
HTC decided to sell this phone with a great performance processing unit speeding at 1000 MHz, bundled in the Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 QSD8250 system chip and 512 MB of RAM. To collaborate with graphic calculations, it also uses a 128 MHz Adreno 200 graphics processing unit.
The HTC Nexus One has only a 5 megapixels back side camera. It can also film videos in 720x480 at 20 fps. Additionally, this device's camera also counts with a couple of nice characteristics like flash, geo tagging and auto-focus.
This device packs a 1400 mAh medium Li-Ion replaceable battery that provides the HTC Nexus One a poor battery lifecompared to other devices. This cellphone has a reported 10 hours talk time and a 290 hs stand by time according to HTC.
This phone provides WiFi connectivity (but it can't share it with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and fast 3G internet connection, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a SIM card for GSM carriers.
The HTC Nexus One also comes with a handful of interesting characteristics like Bluetooth (2.1) and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
The HTC Nexus One is very overvalued considering it is sold for 345 dollars, and some similar cellphones are offerred way cheaper than that.
