Comparison review
Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a global score of 76.5, which is just a bit better than the HTC One (M8)'s global score of 71.9. Although the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) is somewhat heavier than HTC One (M8), it's somewhat thinner and much newer. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a newer 9.0 Pie version and HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0, so it offers a couple nice extra features.
HTC One (M8) counts with a sharper display than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a much smaller display and a bit worse 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch. The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than HTC One (M8), because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
The HTC One (M8) features a little faster processing unit than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a GPU. The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) counts with a much better battery lifetime than HTC One (M8), because it has a 54 percent bigger battery size.
The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) counts with a superior camera than HTC One (M8), because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) also counts with a bigger aperture and a much better 16 megapixels resolution back facing camera.
