The nubia Red Magic 5S has an overall score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than HTC One (M8)'s overall score of 71.9. The nubia Red Magic 5S design is way newer, but a bit thicker and incredibly heavier than HTC One (M8). Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the nubia Red Magic 5S has 10 version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version.
The nubia Red Magic 5S counts with a bit superior CPU than HTC One (M8), because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and more RAM. The HTC One (M8) counts with a little sharper screen than nubia Red Magic 5S, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a really smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater screen pixel density.
Nubia Red Magic 5S features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than HTC One (M8), because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Nubia Red Magic 5S captures much better pictures and videos than HTC One (M8), because it has a much larger camera sensor, a camera with lot more MP, a larger aperture to take better photography and video in low-light situations and a way better video definition.
The nubia Red Magic 5S has a superior battery performance than HTC One (M8), because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
Although nubia Red Magic 5S is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC One (M8), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC One (M8). So if you need that extra features, you can buy the nubia Red Magic 5S, else you can save some dollars and get the HTC One (M8), letting go some features and specifications.
