Comparison review
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is way better than HTC One (M8), having a 90.7 score against 71.9. Galaxy S25 Ultra is a much thinner and noticeably lighter cellphone than the HTC One (M8). Both devices in this comparison include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has the newer 14 version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version, so it counts with a couple additional features and performance enhancements.
HTC One (M8) has a lot better hardware performance than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has lesser RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
