HTC One ME has a global score of 73.5, which is just a bit better than HTC One M9 Plus's 66.8 general score. These phones work with the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. The HTC One M9 Plus has a better processing unit than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the HTC One M9 Plus also has 7 more cores (although they are slower) and a 64 bits CPU.
The HTC One M9 Plus counts with a bit more vivid display than HTC One ME. Both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a higher pixel amount in each inch in the screen and a display with the same size. The HTC One ME counts with a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than HTC One M9 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the HTC One ME also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 2 TB.
