The Apple iPhone 6 Plus has just a bit better screen than HTC One M9, because although it has a little bit worse pixels density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the Apple iPhone 6 Plus also counts with a quite bigger display.
The HTC One M9 features a much better camera than Apple iPhone 6 Plus, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the HTC One M9 also has a lot higher (4K) video quality, a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures and a camera with way more mega-pixels.
The Apple iPhone 6 Plus features a much better memory capacity for apps and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Apple iPhone 6 Plus has a bit longer battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 3% bigger battery size.
Although Apple iPhone 6 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC One M9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPhone 6 Plus, otherwise you can save some money and buy the HTC One M9, letting go some features and specifications.
