Comparison review
The Apple iPhone SE (2020) is slightly better than the HTC One M9, getting a overall score of 81.5 against 77.7. The Apple iPhone SE (2020) construction is noticeably newer, a bit lighter and much thinner than HTC One M9. Apple iPhone SE (2020) works with iOS 15.x operating system, while HTC One M9 counts with Android 5.0 operating system.
The iPhone SE (2020) has a little better processing power than HTC One M9, although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and doesn't have an additional GPU, they both have a 64-bit CPU and a 3 GB RAM. The HTC One M9 features a much better looking display than iPhone SE (2020), because it has a way higher 1920 x 1080 resolution, a bit bigger display and a higher pixel amount in each inch of display.
HTC One M9 and Apple iPhone SE (2020) feature similar cameras, because although the Apple iPhone SE (2020) has a way smaller back camera sensor shooting much lower quality videos and photos, a lot less megapixels resolution camera and a worse video definition, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos and videos.
HTC One M9 has a bit more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Apple iPhone SE (2020), because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds up to 128 GB. The HTC One M9 features a much better battery life than iPhone SE (2020), because it has a 2840mAh battery capacity.
Although iPhone SE (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC One M9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone SE (2020), but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC One M9, resigning some features and specs.
