Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 50E has an overall score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than the HTC One M9's 77.7 score. The Huawei Mate 50E has HarmonyOS 3 operating system, and HTC One M9 comes with Android 5.0 operating system. The Huawei Mate 50E design is extremely newer and somewhat thinner than the HTC One M9's, but it's also extremely heavier.
The HTC One M9 has a little faster CPU than Huawei Mate 50E, because although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits processor and an additional graphics co-processor. The HTC One M9 features a better looking display than Huawei Mate 50E, although it has a way smaller screen, a little bit less pixels per inch in the display and a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The HTC One M9 captures much clearer photos and videos than Huawei Mate 50E, although it has a much less MP back-facing camera and a much tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photos and videos. The Huawei Mate 50E features a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
