Huawei P20 has a general score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than HTC One ME's 73.5 general score. The Huawei P20 body is notably newer and notably thinner than HTC One ME's, but it's also a bit heavier. These devices work with Android OS, but the Huawei P20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.
