Galaxy S23 Ultra has an overall score of 81.5, which is much better than HTC One ME's general score of 73.5. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a a little bit thinner and a lot lighter phone than HTC One ME. These phones include Android operating system, but Galaxy S23 Ultra has a more recent 13 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version.
HTC One ME counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has a quite lower 2560 x 1440px resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater pixel density. The HTC One ME has a much powerful CPU than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores.
