Comparison review

Xperia XZ1 has an overall score of 78.3, which is slightly better than HTC One ME's general score of 73.5. The Xperia XZ1 body is much newer and notably thinner, but also just a little bit heavier than HTC One ME. The Xperia XZ1 counts with a quite better performance than HTC One ME, because it has 7 more cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.

HTC One ME features a sharper display than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have a display of the same size, the HTC One ME also has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater number of pixels per screen inch. Sony Xperia XZ1 takes much clearer photographs and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with lesser mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger sensor taking higher quality photographs and a larger aperture to capture better low-light photography and video.

The Sony Xperia XZ1 has a better memory to store more apps and games than HTC One ME, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports 48 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory capacity. The HTC One ME counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 5 percent greater battery size.

Although Xperia XZ1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC One ME. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia XZ1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC One ME, giving up some specs and features.
