Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ3 has an overall score of 79.6, which is just a bit better than the HTC One ME's general score of 73.5. Sony Xperia XZ3's design is noticeably newer than the HTC One ME's, although it's somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia XZ3 has 9.0 Pie version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, giving a couple nice extra features.
Xperia XZ3 features a better performing processing unit than HTC One ME, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM. HTC One ME features a bit better screen than Xperia XZ3, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater display density.
HTC One ME has a slightly bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ3, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 2 TB. Xperia XZ3 features longer battery lifetime than HTC One ME, because it has a 3330mAh battery size.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 takes greater photographs and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has a camera with a worse 19 mega-pixels resolution and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light captures and videos and a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality photographs.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One ME. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the HTC One ME, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
