Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s has an overall score of 76.4, which is a little bit better than the HTC One ME's score of 73.5. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 5s has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version. The Xiaomi Mi 5s is a newer phone, and it's also just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the HTC One ME.
The HTC One ME features a much better screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the HTC One ME also has a higher display pixels density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit faster processor than HTC One ME, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
The HTC One ME has much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 2 TB. The Xiaomi Mi 5s shoots much clearer videos and photos than HTC One ME, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lot less MP resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a bigger diafragm aperture.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a bit superior battery lifetime than HTC One ME, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi 5s is a better device, it is more expensive than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One ME. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi 5s, else you can save some dollars and get the HTC One ME, letting go some specs and features.
