Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 8 has an overall score of 77.4, which is a little bit better than the HTC One X10's 73.8 score. Despite of the fact Huawei Mate 8 is older and just a little heavier than the HTC One X10, it's body is still a bit thinner. Huawei Mate 8 features a bit superior processor than HTC One X10, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate 8 also has more RAM.
HTC One X10 has a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, the HTC One X10 also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen. Huawei Mate 8 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than HTC One X10, and although they both have a F2 aperture, the same video resolution and a back-facing camera with a 16 mega pixels, the Huawei Mate 8 also has higher 60 fps video frame rates.
The HTC One X10 has a bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 8 and HTC One X10 both have extremely similar batteries performance.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One X10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One X10. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy HTC One X10, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
