The Huawei Mate X is a lot better than the HTC One X10, having a score of 89.4 against 73.8. The Huawei Mate X comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while HTC One X10 works with Android, HTC Sense UI operating system. Huawei Mate X is a way newer phone than HTC One X10, although it is extremely thicker and much heavier.
Huawei Mate X features a bit sharper screen than HTC One X10, because it has a way larger display, a bit better number of pixels per screen inch and a lot better resolution of 2200 x 2480px. The Huawei Mate X counts with a bit faster CPU than HTC One X10, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei Mate X also has more RAM memory.
Huawei Mate X has much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than HTC One X10, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. HTC One X10 counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a camera with much less mega pixels resolution and a tinier aperture which is not good for capturing images and/or video in low-light situations.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate X, else you can save some money and buy the HTC One X10, letting go some specifications.
