Galaxy S4 has an overall score of 77.3, which is way better than the HTC Radar's score of 54. Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4.2 OS, while HTC Radar comes with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango OS. The Galaxy S4 is a newer cellphone, and it is also noticeably thinner and just a little lighter than HTC Radar.

The Galaxy S4 counts with a greater hardware performance than HTC Radar, because it has a better 400 megahertz GPU, a higher number of cores and 1,5 GB more RAM. Galaxy S4 features a much sharper display than HTC Radar, because it has a much better 1920 x 1080 resolution, a really bigger screen and a way higher pixels number per inch in the display.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than HTC Radar, because it has an external memory slot that allows up to 64 GB and 24 GB more internal storage.
