The Nokia 3.1 Plus is just a bit better than the HTC Raider 4G, with a 66.4 score against 60.8. The Nokia 3.1 Plus design is a lot newer and notably thinner, but a little heavier than HTC Raider 4G. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Nokia 3.1 Plus has newer 9.0 Pie version while HTC Raider 4G has Android 4.0.3 version.
