Samsung Galaxy S4 is a lot better than HTC Raider 4G, with a general score of 77.3 against 60.8. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a newer phone, and it is also notably lighter and a lot thinner than the HTC Raider 4G. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while HTC Raider 4G has Android 4.0.3 version, giving you a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
