The HTC Radar is a little bit better than the HTC Salsa, getting a general score of 54 against 49.1. HTC Radar has Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango operating system, while HTC Salsa works with Android 2.3.3 operating system. Although the HTC Radar and the HTC Salsa were released with only 7 months difference, the HTC Radar design is somewhat heavier but somewhat thinner.
HTC Radar has just a little better processing power than HTC Salsa, and although they both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount, the HTC Radar also has a better GPU running at 245 MHz. The HTC Radar counts with a much better looking screen than HTC Salsa, because it has more pixels per display inch, a way better resolution of 800 x 480px and a little larger display.
The HTC Radar features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than HTC Salsa, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 8 GB internal memory. The HTC Radar captures much better photos and videos than HTC Salsa. They have a back-facing camera with a 5 megapixels resolution.
The HTC Radar's battery performance is just as good as HTC Salsa's battery performance.
The HTC Radar is not only the best phones in our current comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest.
