LG V30S ThinQ counts with just a little better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster).
LG V30S ThinQ has a slightly better looking screen than HTC U Ultra, because it has a bit larger screen, a little higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and a quite better number of pixels in each screen inch. LG V30S ThinQ has a bit superior battery duration than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity. The HTC U Ultra and the LG V30S ThinQ both have incredibly similar cameras, because although the LG V30S ThinQ has a lot smaller sensor, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a much better 16 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a larger aperture for better low light photos and video.
LG V30S ThinQ is more expensive than HTC U Ultra, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
