Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 is slightly better than HTC U11 life, with a 77.4 score against 74.5. Huawei Mate 8 is an older and much heavier device than the HTC U11 life, but Huawei was able to build it a bit thinner anyway. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a little better performance than HTC U11 life, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
HTC U11 life counts with a bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 1920px resolution, the HTC U11 life also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display. HTC U11 life counts with just a bit more memory for applications and games than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Huawei Mate 8 has a superior battery life than HTC U11 life, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 2600mAh. HTC U11 life takes clearer photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 16 mega pixels and a same size aperture, the HTC U11 life also has a lot better video definition.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC U11 life, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC U11 life. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 8, else you can save some dollars and get the HTC U11 life, giving up a couple specifications.
