Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a bit better than HTC U12 Life, with a 79.3 score against 74.4. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has the older 5.1 version while HTC U12 Life has Android 8.1 Oreo. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is an a lot older phone than HTC U12 Life, but it's just a little bit thinner and a little lighter anyway.

The HTC U12 Life features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the HTC U12 Life also has a larger number of cores. The Galaxy Note 5 counts with a more vivid display than HTC U12 Life, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a better amount of pixels per inch of display.

The HTC U12 Life features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the HTC U12 Life also has an external SD slot that holds up to 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a slightly better camera than HTC U12 Life, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a 16 mega pixels back camera and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also has a larger diafragm aperture for better low light images.

HTC U12 Life counts with improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity.
