The Sony Ericsson Xperia ray has a global score of 53.7, which is slightly better than the Huawei Ascend G300's global score of 49.3. The Sony Ericsson Xperia ray is a incredibly lighter and just a bit thinner phone than Huawei Ascend G300, even when they were released with only 8 months difference. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Ericsson Xperia ray has newer 4.0 version while Huawei Ascend G300 has Android 2.3.
