Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is much better than Moto G8 Power, having a 90.5 score against 76. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G's construction is a bit heavier but a bit thinner than the Moto G8 Power, and both were released with only 4 months difference. Both devices in our current comparison work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a little better processing power than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G counts with a bit sharper display than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1176 x 2400px, a little greater screen pixel density and a quite larger display.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a lot better camera than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has higher video frame rate, a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and videos, a way better resolution camera in the back and a lot bigger sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage. The Motorola Moto G8 Power counts with just a bit better battery life than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
