The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has a general score of 87.1, which is better than Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 global score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 Pro has 10 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. Even though the Huawei Mate 30 Pro is heavier than the Motorola DROID Turbo, it's much thinner and also a lot newer.
