Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a little bit better than the Galaxy M31, with a global score of 87.1 against 86.5. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 30 Pro has older 10 version while Galaxy M31 has Android 11. Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a a little heavier phone than the Galaxy M31, but both are equally thin.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, although it has a quite worse pixel amount per inch in the display, a bit smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2340. Huawei Mate 30 Pro has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy M31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy M31's camera is just as good as Huawei Mate 30 Pro's camera, because although the Samsung Galaxy M31 has slower video frame rates and a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same sensor size, it also counts with a back camera with a way better 64 mega pixels resolution.
