The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo, having a 78.7 score against 70.5. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features. Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a extremely newer and thinner phone than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo, although it is also just a bit heavier.
