Comparison review
The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has an overall score of 85.2, which is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 general score. The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design body is just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it was released many years before. These phones work with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version, so it offers some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design features a much better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 6 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a bit more vivid display than Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a lot worse pixel amount per display inch, it also counts with a bit bigger screen.
Asus ROG Phone 8's memory capacity to store more games and applications is very similar to the Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design one, both of them have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and videos, it also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video quality, a larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with more mega pixels.
