The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S4, having a score of 85.2 against 79. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4.
