Comparison review
The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has an overall score of 85.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 8's score of 83.3. Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design is an a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 8. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Mi 8 has Android 10 version.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a little faster processor than Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design. Both have 8 CPU cores and 6 GB of RAM. The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has just a bit better display than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a better 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi 8's memory to install games and applications is just as good as the Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design one, both have exactly the same internal memory. The Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design features a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design also has a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way better image quality and a much more mega pixels camera.
Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3400mAh.
