Huawei Mate X is better than Xperia XZs, having an 89.4 score against 77.2. The Huawei Mate X construction is much newer than Xperia XZs's, but it's thicker and a lot heavier. Huawei Mate X has a bit more vivid display than Xperia XZs, because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 2200 x 2480 and a much larger display.
The Huawei Mate X counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Huawei Mate X counts with just a bit better processing power than Xperia XZs, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
Huawei Mate X counts with a much longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a 4500mAh battery size. Xperia XZs takes a lot better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate X, although it has a lot smaller sensor, a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and videos and a lot lower resolution camera in the back.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia XZs, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia XZs. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Xperia XZs, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
