Galaxy Z Fold 2 is much better than Huawei P Smart (2019), getting a 94.6 score against 74.4. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has the previous 11 version while Huawei P Smart (2019) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
