Huawei P40 Lite has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than Huawei P20 Lite (2019)'s 76.5 general score. Even though the Huawei P40 Lite is better than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), we must highlight that it is also a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 Lite has older 10 version while Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Huawei P40 Lite counts with just a bit better processing power than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a slightly better display than Huawei P20 Lite (2019). Both have a greater pixel quantity per inch of display, a same size display and the same resolution of 1080 x 2310 pixels.
The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a superior camera than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), and although they both have the same video frame rate, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a much more megapixels camera.
