Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 5G has a global score of 87.4, which is much better than the Huawei P20 Lite's 75.4 overall score. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 30 5G has the previous 10 version while Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even though the Huawei Mate 30 5G is newer than Huawei P20 Lite, it is incredibly heavier and thicker.
Huawei P20 Lite has a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with a bit better CPU than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Huawei P20 Lite counts with a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. The Huawei Mate 30 5G has a much better battery duration than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
The Huawei Mate 30 5G features a way better camera than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and a much higher 40 MP resolution back-facing camera.
