Comparison review
The LG G5 has an overall score of 76.1, which is just a bit better than Huawei P20 Lite's 75.4 general score. These phones come with the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding operating system features. LG G5's design has the same thickness than the Huawei P20 Lite, but it's a little heavier.
The Huawei P20 Lite has a bit more powerful processor than LG G5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Huawei P20 Lite also has a larger number of cores. The LG G5 features a little more vivid display than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
The LG G5 counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have a same resolution camera, the LG G5 also has a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a bigger aperture to take better low-light photos and video. The LG G5 has a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
Huawei P20 Lite features a little longer battery performance than LG G5, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although LG G5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P20 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy LG G5, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei P20 Lite, letting go a couple specifications.
