Samsung Galaxy F23 has a general score of 84.6, which is better than the Huawei P20 Lite's global score of 75.4. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy F23 has older 12 version and Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Samsung Galaxy F23 construction is way newer and noticeably lighter, but also somewhat thicker than Huawei P20 Lite.
