Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro has a general score of 81.4, which is a bit better than Google Pixel 3a's global score of 78.8. The Huawei P20 Pro is an older and somewhat heavier phone than Google Pixel 3a, but Huawei was able to build it just a little thinner anyway. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P20 Pro has older 10 version while Google Pixel 3a has Android 11.
Huawei P20 Pro counts with just a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Google Pixel 3a has a slightly better display than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2220 and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per display inch.
Huawei P20 Pro features a much bigger storage to store more apps and games than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity. The Huawei P20 Pro has better battery performance than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery capacity. Huawei P20 Pro takes much better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a much higher 40 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a way bigger sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photos.
Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3a. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 3a, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
