Huawei P20 Pro is slightly better than Moto G9 Play, with an 81.4 score against 76.7. Both phones in our current comparison work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Even though the Huawei P20 Pro is extremely older than Moto G9 Play, it's design is a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner.
The Huawei P20 Pro features a brighter screen than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel density and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2240. Huawei P20 Pro has a bit faster processor than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has more RAM memory.
The Huawei P20 Pro features a bit better camera than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low light photos and videos, a camera with less mega pixels resolution and a smaller sensor capturing worse quality videos and pictures, it also counts with a lot higher (4K) video resolution.
Motorola Moto G9 Play features a bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. Moto G9 Play features improved battery lifetime than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
