The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is a lot better than the Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than Huawei P20 Pro. These phones have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version while Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little sharper screen than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a little bit higher pixel density, a little bigger screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external SD slot that allows up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit better processing power than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with longer battery life than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots better videos and photos than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a camera with way more mega pixels and a much better 7680x4320 video resolution.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei P20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P20 Pro. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Huawei P20 Pro, giving up some specifications.
