Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S8 is just a bit better than the Huawei P20 Pro, with a global score of 81.7 against 81.4. Samsung Galaxy S8 is a somewhat lighter cellphone than the Huawei P20 Pro, but both of them are equally thin. Huawei P20 Pro features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a little sharper display than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a greater pixel density. The Huawei P20 Pro counts with a better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for taking photos in low-light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photographs.
Galaxy S8 counts with a slightly bigger storage to install games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 256 GB. Huawei P20 Pro counts with longer battery duration than Galaxy S8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy S8 is also a bargain compared to others.
